Shan Achar Gosht Spice Mix 100g

The larger pack of Shan's Achar Gosht is enough for several batches of this robust curry with pickle-like tang and heat. Fennel, fenugreek, cinnamon and black cumin add depth, and the sauce reduces to a thick, spicy glaze around the tender meat.

How to enjoy it:

• Brown: Sear the meat all over, then add onion and tomato.
• Spice: Stir in the spice mix and fry until fragrant.
• Simmer: Add water and cook until the meat is tender and the sauce thick.
• Serving: With naan, roti or rice and a dollop of yoghurt.
