Golonka - Canned Pork Knuckle

Golonka is Eastern European pork knuckle in a tin – tender, meaty and ready-cooked. The flavour is rich and nicely salted, perfect to enjoy cold in slices. A quick way to get a hearty meat dish on the table.

How to enjoy it:

• Cold: Slice and serve with bread and mustard.
• With sauerkraut: A classic combination with sauerkraut and horseradish.
• Hot: Warm gently in a pan and serve with potatoes.
• Sandwich: Place on rye bread with gherkins.

Ingredients: pork 73 % (of which pork knuckle 19 %), water, salt, stabilisers: diphosphates, triphosphates, polyphosphates, thickener: processed Eucheuma seaweed, pork collagen protein, flavourings, mustard, antioxidant: sodium erythorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite.

May contain traces of celery, soya, gluten (wheat, rye), milk (lactose), egg and sesame. Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
