Sweet, mild garden peas preserved with a little sugar and salt. They are tender and ready to use straight from the tin. A store-cupboard classic from Eastern European kitchens – a must in Olivier salad and everyday stews.

How to enjoy it:

Salad: An essential ingredient in Olivier salad and other mayonnaise salads.
Soup: Add to pea, vegetable or meat soup.
Side dish: Warm with a knob of butter and serve with meatballs or fish.
Stew: Stir in at the end of stews and rice dishes.

Ingredients: fresh marrowfat peas (60 %), drinking water, white sugar, table salt.

Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
