Cumhuriyet entrecôte pastirma - Entrecôte pastrami

Cumhuriyet's entrecôte pastirma is made from entrecôte, one of the most marbled cuts of beef. This gives a softer, juicier and more rounded flavour, with the spicy çemen crust of fenugreek, garlic, red pepper and cumin.

How to enjoy it:

• Breakfast: Serve thin slices on the breakfast table with cheese and olives.
• Pastirma with eggs: Fry the slices briefly and crack eggs on top.
• Pide & pizza: Top with pastirma and egg before baking.
• Charcuterie board: The premium choice for a cured meats and cheese board.
