Shan Chicken Handi Spice Mix 50g

Chicken Handi is chicken simmered in a smooth, creamy tomato sauce with warmth from chilli and black pepper, rounded off with almond and coconut. Shan's spice mix brings the whole flavour profile together in one sachet – you add chicken, onion, tomato and a little cream or yoghurt.

How to enjoy it:

• Marinating: Mix the spice mix with the chicken pieces and leave for a while so the spices can penetrate.
• Cooking: Fry the chicken with onion and tomato, stir in cream or yoghurt and simmer to a creamy sauce.
• Serving: Top with fresh coriander and serve with basmati rice or warm naan bread.
• Tip: Follow the instructions on the packet for the right amount per portion.
