Dumpling Sauce 207ml

A ready-to-use dipping sauce where soy sauce and rice vinegar meet sweetness, garlic, sesame oil and a little pinch of chilli. The flavour is rounded and tangy with deep umami. Pour it into a bowl and dip – that's all dumpling night needs.

How to enjoy it:

• Dipping sauce: Serve with dumplings, wontons, gyoza and spring rolls.
• Dressing: Drizzle over noodle salad or a cold cucumber salad.
• Marinade: Use as a quick marinade for chicken or tofu.
• With grilled food: Serve alongside grilled meat and vegetables.
