Heera Mild Curry Powder is a classic blend of coriander, turmeric, mustard, fenugreek and other spices. It gives a deep yellow colour and a rounded, full flavour with mild warmth – a great base for both meat and vegetarian curries.

How to enjoy it:

  • Tikka masala and korma: Fry 1–2 tbsp with onion, ginger and garlic.
  • Lentils and vegetables: Season dal, cauliflower and potatoes.
  • Marinades: Mix with yoghurt for chicken or paneer.
  • Everyday cooking: Gives mince sauce, soup and rice a mild curry flavour.
