Aleppo pepper hot (Pul Biber) 130g – the fiery variant of the classic Middle Eastern spice. Deeply rooted in Syrian and Turkish food culture, sun-dried and lightly oiled for a characteristic semi-moist texture and deep ruby-red colour.

The flavour profile balances intense heat with natural sweetness reminiscent of sun-dried tomatoes and raisins – complex and exciting without simply burning.
