TRS Curry Madras Hot is a classic hot curry blend with coriander, cumin, turmeric, garlic and hot chilli. It gives a deep colour and serious warmth – exactly how a Madras curry should taste.

How to enjoy it:

  • Madras curry: Fry onion, then add 2 tbsp curry powder, tomato and chicken or lamb.
  • Vegetables and lentils: Gives dal and vegetable curry a rich flavour.
  • Marinades: Mix with yoghurt for grilled food.
