Tyrolska Konserwa - Tyrolean Canned Pork

Tyrolska konserwa is a firm canned pork in a brawn style that slices beautifully. The flavour is mild and meaty, and it is perfect on bread as a simple meal. Handy to keep at home for when you're in a hurry.

Ingredients: pork 55 %, water, pork fat, pork rind, stabiliser: triphosphate, thickener: processed Eucheuma seaweed, salt, flavourings, flavour enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium 5'-ribonucleotides, pork collagen protein, antioxidant: sodium erythorbate, glucose, preservative: sodium nitrite.

May contain traces of celery, soya, gluten (wheat, rye), milk (lactose), egg, mustard seeds and sesame. Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
