Achari means the dish is spiced like an Indian pickle (achar) – tangy, hot and aromatic. Ashoka lets potato chunks soak up star anise, black fenugreek, ajwain seeds, pomegranate seeds and ginger. A potato dish with character that really comes alive in the mouth.
