I Form Tea - Herbal Blend with Lemon Flavour

Doğadan Form with lemon is our best-selling herbal tea blend. Zesty lemon peel and lemongrass meet fennel, birch leaf, nettle, raspberry leaf, rosehip and elderflower in a refreshing cup. It contains no added sugar and is completely caffeine-free. Place a bag in a cup of freshly boiled water and leave to steep for a few minutes.

How to enjoy it:

• Hot: A fresh cup with breakfast or an afternoon break.
• Iced tea: Chill and serve with ice and lemon.
• With honey: Rounds off the fresh lemon flavour.
• Brewing: 1 bag per cup, freshly boiled water, steep for 5–7 minutes.
