Yörem sheep's cheese is made from sheep's milk and has the full, distinctive flavour of traditional sheep's cheese. Its texture is creamy and its saltiness balanced – a cheese at home in the kitchens of the Mediterranean and the Middle East.

How to enjoy it:

  • Breakfast: Serve with olives, tomato and freshly baked bread.
  • Salad: Crumble over salads with cucumber and onion.
  • Meze: A natural part of any meze spread.
