Olympus Meze grilling cheese is made from cow's milk and holds its shape when grilled or fried. The outside turns lightly crisp while the inside stays soft and salty. Serve hot in a salad, on an antipasti platter or just as it is.
How to enjoy it:
Ingredients: pasteurised cow's milk, salt, microbial coagulant enzyme.
Keep refrigerated (0–8 °C).
