Yörem hard cheese is a firm cow's milk cheese with a balanced, full flavour. It slices neatly for breakfast, grates well over hot dishes and melts beautifully on a sandwich.

How to enjoy it:

  • Breakfast: Slice and serve with olives, tomato and bread.
  • Grated: Grate over pasta, gratins or pide.
  • Toastie: Melt in a hot sandwich.
  • Cheese board: Cut into chunks and serve with cured meats and fruit.

Ingredients: pasteurised cow's milk, table salt, microbial rennet, starter cultures.
