Shan Chicken White Karahi Spice Mix 40g

White Karahi is the creamy, pale version of karahi – chicken in a smooth sauce of yoghurt and cream, seasoned with white pepper, black pepper, ginger and garlic. The flavour is aromatic and peppery rather than hot, and Shan's mix makes it easy to recreate restaurant flavour in your own kitchen.

How to enjoy it:

• White Karahi: Follow the instructions on the packet for a quick karahi with yoghurt and cream.
• Creamy curries: Use as a base for other creamy curries with chicken, meat or vegetables.
• Marinade: Stir the spice mix into yoghurt and marinate the chicken before frying.
