Runa Satsebeli Sauce 485g

Runa satsebeli is a spicy tomato sauce from the Caucasus tradition, flavoured with coriander, fenugreek, dill and basil. Sweetness, acidity and a light peppery heat in fine balance make it the obvious barbecue sauce.

How to enjoy it:

• Grill: Serve with shashlik, grilled meat or chicken.
• Marinade: Coat meat or chicken in the sauce before grilling.
• Stews: Mix into stews or pasta dishes.
• Dip: Dunk bread or vegetables.

Ingredients: water, tomato paste (23.5%), sugar, modified maize starch, salt, dried vegetables (onion, pepper, garlic (0.44%)), spices (coriander, fenugreek, dill, basil, saltgrass), acidity regulator: acetic acid, spice extract, hot pepper extract.

May contain traces of mustard. Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
