Dark soy sauce is thicker and less salty than light soy, with a rounded, slightly sweet caramel note. Lee Kum Kee Premium gives dishes a deep mahogany colour and a rich flavour. The classic for red-braised pork, noodles and glazed meat.

How to enjoy it:

  • Braising: Give braised pork or chicken deep colour and flavour.
  • Wok: Splash into noodles or fried rice for colour and gloss.
  • Marinade: Mix with garlic and ginger for meat and tofu.
  • Combine: Use together with light soy sauce for both saltiness and colour.

Ingredients: water, salt, colour (plain caramel), sugar, soybeans 10%, wheat flour (gluten).

Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
