Balsamic Glaze with Honey
Honey gives this balsamic glaze a soft, rounded sweetness, balanced by the fresh acidity of grape vinegar. It is thick and glossy, perfect for drizzling and decorating. Just as at home with goat's cheese and salad as over vanilla ice cream and strawberries.
How to enjoy it:
Ingredients: grape must 45 %, grape vinegar 25 %, honey 22 %, fructose 8 %.
