PREPARATION OF THE MEAL:

Heating in a bowl of water: Boil water in a small bowl and then reduce the temperature to a minimum. Put the closed jar in water and cover with a lid and boil for 15 minutes. After heating the contents of the can, gently shake the contents into a serving bowl.

Heating in a pan:

Pour a little oil into the pan and pour the contents of the can into a saucepan and heat to medium heat, stirring, for 5 minutes. Serve as desired.

Serve with potatoes, rice or pasta
