Masovian Pâté - Polish Pâté

Pamapol Masovian pâté is a spreadable liver pâté made with pork liver and a rich, soft texture. Carrot, parsnip, parsley and spices give a well-balanced flavour that suits an everyday breakfast as much as a party table. The large tin makes plenty of sandwiches.

How to enjoy it:

• Sandwich: Spread on wholegrain bread and top with gherkins.
• Breakfast: Serve on crispbread with sliced tomato.
• Appetiser: Spread on small crackers with a little red onion.
• Buffet: Put out alongside sausages and cheese.

Ingredients: water, pork rind, pork liver 10 %, pork fat, semolina (from wheat), wheat flour, vegetable fibre, salt, soya flour, milk proteins, stabiliser: sodium citrates, thickeners: guar gum, tara gum, processed Eucheuma seaweed, pork protein, emulsifier: cellulose gum, spices (including mustard seeds), dried vegetables in varying proportions (carrot, onion, parsnip, garlic, parsley, pepper, tomato), flavour enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium 5'-ribonucleotides, sugar, hydrolysed soya protein, yeast extract.

May contain traces of celery, gluten (rye), egg and sesame. Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
