Caykur Tirebolu 42 is one of the most highly regarded Turkish black teas. The leaves are grown in the mountains near Tirebolu on the Black Sea and give a full-bodied, robust tea with a distinctive aroma and natural sweetness. The larger 500 g pack is ideal if you drink tea every day.

How to enjoy it:

Çaydanlık: Brew strong tea in the upper pot and dilute with hot water from the lower one.
Tulip glasses: Serve clear and reddish-brown in small glasses with sugar cubes.
Breakfast: The natural drink with cheese, olives, eggs and simit.
Brewing: 1–2 tbsp tea per half litre of water, leave to brew over low heat for 10–15 minutes.
