Runa Spirit Vinegar 9% 750ml

Runa Spirit Vinegar 9% has a clean, clear acidity that brings sharpness and balance to your cooking. It is the go-to base for crisp pickles and works just as well in sauces, marinades and dressings. For finished dishes, dilute with water: 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water.

How to enjoy it:

• Pickling: Use undiluted when preserving for crisp cucumbers, onions and beetroot.
• Dressing: Dilute 1:2 with water and mix with oil, sugar and salt for cold dishes.
