Nisesta Cornflour is a finely milled starch with a neutral taste and silky texture. It thickens soups, sauces and custards to a glossy, smooth consistency without lumps and is a favourite in puddings, desserts and bakes. The large pack lasts a long time in the cupboard.

How to enjoy it:

Thickening: Mix the cornflour with a little cold water and whisk into boiling sauce or soup.
Custards and puddings: Cook smooth vanilla custard, pudding or pastry filling.
Baking: Add to cakes and sponges for a softer, lighter crumb.
Crispy coating: Toss chicken or tofu in cornflour before frying for a crisp finish.
