Mild pepper paste is a deep red paste of finely ground red peppers with a mild, rounded flavour. It adds colour and body to stews, soups and sauces without any heat. A versatile base in kitchens across the Balkans and the Middle East.

How to enjoy it:

  • Stews: Stir a spoonful into stews, bolognese or rice for colour and depth.
  • Soups: Adds body to lentil soup, tomato soup and vegetable soup.
