Sera pickled yellow chilli peppers are extra hot – bright yellow chillies with intense heat in a tangy brine. They give grilled meat, pizza and salsas both colour and a real kick.

How to enjoy it:

  • Grilled food: Serve whole with grilled meat and kebabs.
  • Pizza: Slice and scatter over for colour and heat.
  • Salsa: Chop into salsa, dips or yoghurt sauce.
  • Meze: Set out on the meze platter with olives and cheese.

Ingredients: chilli peppers, water, salt, acidity regulators (E260, E330), preservative (sodium metabisulphite E223).

Store in a cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
