Sun Shun Fuk Udon Noodles are thick, round wheat noodles with a soft, silky texture and a satisfying bite. They are just as good in piping hot broth as served cold with a tangy dip. 800 g is plenty for the whole family.

How to enjoy it:

Noodle soup: Serve in hot broth with vegetables, tofu and spring onion.
Stir-fry: Fry with soy sauce, sesame oil and vegetables for a quick dinner.
Cold udon: Rinse the noodles in cold water and serve with ponzu or another dipping sauce.
Cooking: Heat or boil briefly according to the instructions on the pack.
