Sau Tao Ramen Noodles are wheat noodles with a silky texture and a lovely bite that holds up in both broth and the wok. The large 540 g pack lasts for several meals – build your own ramen bowl at home with your favourite toppings.

How to enjoy it:

Ramen: Serve in a rich miso or tonkotsu broth with egg, spring onion and pork or tofu.
Stir-fry: Boil the noodles, rinse and stir-fry with vegetables, chicken or prawns.
Noodle salad: Chill the cooked noodles and toss with vegetables and a tangy dressing.
