Raspberry jam made from selected raspberries, with a lovely balance of sweetness and fresh acidity. It is a safe bet on the breakfast table and a favourite in baking. Try it with the cheeseboard too.

How to enjoy it:

  • Breakfast: Spread on toast, scones or croissants.
  • Baking: Fill thumbprint biscuits, Linzer biscuits, pies and cakes.
  • Cheeseboard: Pairs with both mild and mature cheeses.
  • Dessert: Top pancakes, waffles and ice cream.

Ingredients: raspberries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator (E330), thickener: pectin (E440).

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
