Shan Chicken Jalfrezi Spice Mix 50g

Jalfrezi is a quick stir-fried curry with chicken pieces, peppers and onion in a flavourful tomato sauce. Shan's mix of coriander, chilli, garlic, ginger, white and black pepper and ajowan gives a fresh, tangy and spicy flavour while the vegetables keep their crunch.

How to enjoy it:

• Stir-fry: Brown the chicken in oil over a high heat.
• Vegetables: Add peppers, onion and tomato and stir-fry briefly.
• Spice: Stir in the spice mix and a little water and simmer for a minute or two.
• Serving: With basmati rice or naan.
