Heera whole Kashmiri chillies are dried Kashmiri chillies in a handy 200 g pack. They are loved for their intense red colour and mild, fruity heat – perfect if you cook a lot of Indian food.

How to enjoy it:

  • Curry paste: Soak and blend with garlic, ginger and oil.
  • Tandoori and tikka: Grind and mix into the yoghurt marinade.
  • Rogan josh and stews: Gives lamb and meat stews a deep red colour.
  • Chilli oil: Crush and leave to infuse in warm oil.
