Beetroot soup - barszcz - borscht

Krakus borscht is a clear, deep-red barszcz made from beetroot juice with a touch of apple and spices. The flavour is bold yet mellow, with the sweetness of beetroot balanced by a gentle sourness. Heat and sip from a cup, or serve as a starter with pierogi.
