Sera okra is small, whole okra preserved in a light tomato brine and ready to use straight away. The okra holds its shape and gives stews, soups and curries their characteristic texture – with no need to trim fresh pods.
How to enjoy it:
Ingredients: okra, water, tomato, salt, acidity regulator (E330).
Store in a cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
