Malwa sage tea is made from dried sage leaves and brews an aromatic cup with a full, herbal and slightly peppery flavour. Sage has long been enjoyed as a tea around the Mediterranean and in the Balkans, and it is naturally caffeine-free. Place a tea bag in a cup, pour over 200 ml of freshly boiled water, cover and steep for 8–10 minutes.
