Caramelised Milk – Dulce de Leche

Dulce de leche is caramelised milk with a deep toffee flavour, golden-brown colour and smooth, creamy texture. It is ready to use straight from the tin and easy to spread, pipe or drizzle. Lift pancakes, cakes, alfajores and ice cream with a generous dollop.
How to enjoy it:
Ingredients: milk (whole milk, skimmed milk), sugar, stabiliser (disodium diphosphate).
Once opened, store in the fridge in an airtight container.
