Galaretka Strawberry Flavour Jelly 72g

Galaretka is a clear, glossy jelly with a sweet strawberry flavour that is easy to make. Pour into bowls with fresh strawberries or raspberries and leave to set – or use it as a beautiful layer on cakes and gateaux.

How to enjoy it:

• Preparation: Dissolve the powder as directed on the pack, pour into bowls and leave to set in the fridge.
• With fruit: Add strawberries, raspberries or other berries before the jelly sets.
• Cake topping: Pour half-set jelly over cheesecake or a gateau for a glossy finish.
• Serving: Top with whipped cream or serve with ice cream.
