Café Najjar is a well-known coffee from the Middle East, here made with finely ground Brazilian beans. The taste is balanced and richly aromatic, with the strength and distinctive character that make it perfect for Turkish coffee in a cezve and for classic boiled coffee.

How to enjoy it:

Turkish coffee: 1 heaped tsp per cup in a cezve with cold water; heat slowly until the foam rises.
Boiled coffee: Bring the water to the boil, stir in the coffee and leave to brew for a few minutes.
Serving: Pour into small cups and let the grounds settle.
On the side: Serve with dates or something sweet.
