Zlatna from Vispak is a classic Bosnian coffee known for its strong, well-rounded aroma and intense taste. It is finely ground for traditional preparation in a džezva – boiled slowly on the hob and served in small cups, ideally with a sugar cube and Turkish delight on the side.

How to enjoy it:

Džezva: Bring the water to the boil, take it off the heat and stir in 1 heaped tsp coffee per cup.
Brewing: Return to a low heat until the foam rises.
Serving: Pour into small cups and let the grounds settle.
On the side: A sugar cube, Turkish delight and a glass of water.
