TRS ground coriander is ground coriander seed with a mild, nutty and citrus-fresh flavour. It is one of the most important spices in Indian cooking and blends beautifully with cumin, turmeric and chilli.

How to enjoy it:

  • Curry and dal: Fry 1–2 tsp with onion and the other spices.
  • Falafel and mince: Gives patties, kebabs and köfte a fresh flavour.
