Tripe Soup - Flaki

Flaki is a classic Eastern European soup with strips of beef tripe in a spiced broth with carrot, onion and celery. Pepper and garlic add warmth and depth, and the texture is soft and full-bodied. A true home-style soup that only needs heating.

How to enjoy it:

• Cooking: Heat in a saucepan, stirring.
• Serving: Top with chopped parsley and a little extra black pepper.
• With bread: Serve with a fresh roll or rye bread.
• Seasoning: Add a pinch of marjoram before serving.

Ingredients: water, beef tripe 26 %, carrot, onion, celery, salt, flavourings, glucose, spices (contain celery), dried vegetables (red pepper, pepper, garlic), sucrose, gelling agent (carrageenan), pork gelatine.

Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
