Devolli Prince is one of the most popular coffees in the Balkans and our best-selling coffee. The finely ground coffee gives a bold flavour, a smooth crema and a cup that stays hot for a long time. Perfect if you love a strong, traditional cup of Turkish coffee brewed in a cezve.

How to enjoy it:

Cezve: Mix 1 heaped tsp coffee per cup, plus sugar if you like, with cold water.
Brewing: Heat slowly over a low heat until the foam rises – take it off before it boils.
Serving: Pour into small cups and let the grounds settle for a minute.
On the side: Serve with a glass of water and Turkish delight or baklava.
