Dried coconut cubes are diced coconut with a sweet, tropical flavour and a chewy, moist texture. An exotic snack that also gives granola, bakes and desserts a distinct coconut character.

How to enjoy it:

  • Snack: Eat them as they are or in a tropical fruit mix.
  • Granola: Mix into homemade granola and muesli.
  • Desserts: Sprinkle over ice cream, panna cotta and fruit salad.
  • Baking: Gives cakes and muffins tropical flavour and chew.

Store dry at room temperature. Once opened, keep tightly sealed.
