Turnip Juice Hot 330ml

Hot Turnip Juice, better known as şalgam, is a dark red fermented drink made from black carrot, turnip and bulgur. The flavour is tangy, salty and full of character – and in this hot version it has a clear kick from hot pepper. Serve it ice-cold in a tall glass, ideally with pickled carrot sticks, alongside kebabs, lahmacun or grilled food.

How to enjoy it:

• With kebabs: The classic companion to kebabs and lahmacun.
• Serving: Ice-cold in a tall glass with carrot sticks.
