Turnip Juice Mild 330ml
Mild Turnip Juice, also known as şalgam, is a dark red fermented drink made from black carrot, turnip and bulgur. The flavour is tangy, lightly salty and wonderfully refreshing – with no heat, making it a great introduction. Serve it ice-cold in a tall glass with kebabs, lahmacun or spicy dishes.
How to enjoy it:
Ingredients: water, black carrot, turnip, rock salt, bulgur flour (wheat), preservative (E211).
Once opened, keep the bottle in the fridge.
